A key focus is forming and maintaining strong relationships with our stakeholders.

From engagement with the local community and businesses, to liaison with the Environment Agency and suppliers, we strongly believe in investing time and resources to ensure good relationships are built and sustained. We are proud to sponsor Friends of Thetford Forest and local youth organisations.

We host local liaison meetings with residents and councillors (local and district), offering an open forum to discuss the operation of the station. A representative from the Environment Agency visits us regularly providing valuable feedback on environmental performance.

Supplier relationships are key to the day to day running and long term operating capability. Supporting equipment and maintaining a consistent fuel supply is crucial. We work closely with expert engineering companies, ranging from local fabricators to internationally based original equipment manufacturers and field experts. Our dedicated fuel team continually liaise with hauliers and farms to ensure a continuous feed of biomass material.
