We work with the Department of Energy and Climate Change (DECC) and the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (OFGEM), the energy regulator, on government policy decisions to ensure the long term viability of our industry.

 

We operate under stringent conditions through permits issued by the Environment Agency. Emissions from our stack are monitored by specialist equipment to ensure compliance with our environmental permit.

 

We are a member of the Renewable Energy Association and support the Back Biomass campaign.
