Anti-Corruption and Bribery
We recognise that bribery and corruption are damaging to legitimate business interests. We conduct all our business in an honest and ethical manner and we want to ensure that all our associates and business partners do the same.
The Bribery Act 2010 clearly defines the boundaries of legal and illegal behaviour, this sets a minimum standard of for our operations and staff. We embrace robust policies and procedures to ensure we are transparent and ethical in all our business dealings, with a zero tolerance approach to such matters.
Our behaviour and interaction are governed by individual contracts of employment which set out the obligations and expectations of both employee and employer, together with the Company’s approved policies and procedures – collectively our agreed Code of Conduct.
As part of best practice, we have formalised the assumption of ongoing compliance with our agreed Code of Conduct with formal annual confirmation of individual employees’ historic and anticipated compliance.
This includes reference and confirmation of compliance with policies covering Anti-Bribery, SHE, IT use, Social Media, and Confidential Information.
Any potential matters of wrongdoing or malpractice within the workplace should be reported through the Company’s whistleblowing procedure which includes an independent hotline which is available to all staff.
